Essential Volunteer Functions:
- Lead in screening and profiling all attendees and registrants for the ACNC-ICCS summit.
- Ensure all registrants’ tickets, orders and particulars are accurate and validated for events.
- Develop communication tools, strategies and resources for participants’ feedback, event photograph collections, surveys, event promotion and advertisement using appropriate social media platforms and other outlets.
- Plan, coordinate and implement donation drives and fundraisers, safeguard official records of donations and fundraising activities and maintain a working file of donors’ names and contact information and engage with them about funding needs and resource shortages as determined by managerial staff.
- Input and manage new and existing membership and volunteer information using an internal database system.
- Assume responsibility for timely, accurate and valid programmatic performance and/or financial reporting to the organization’s headquarters.
- Other essential functions as determined by managerial staff.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of large-scale event management and project implementation.
- Clear and strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) to facilitate group and individual registration, customer service and group training.
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure to meet related deadlines.
- Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
